Case studie Clevermatch

In 2022, we supported the successful recruitment consultancy CleverMatch on its path to becoming a franchisor. CleverMatch is an innovative recruitment firm that uses modern methods and technologies, including its own AI-based recruiting software, to identify long-term, well-matched candidates for open positions. Strict selection processes and the CleverMatch certification significantly reduce the risk of mis-hires. At the time of our engagement, the company operated one location, and further growth was to be achieved through franchising.

Within a very short period of time, we fully prepared the company for franchising and jointly implemented all relevant aspects – from process optimization and the creation of manuals and franchise agreements to the successful sale of licenses.

In 2023, 10 new franchise partners were acquired. For 2024, we plan to bring an additional 20 new partners on board.
