Fronius

In 2022, we had the opportunity to support the Fronius family’s automotive appraisal business on its path to becoming a franchisor. The young and modern Fronius team follows the philosophy: “Appreciation for you – and your vehicle.” Fronius focuses on preparing value and accident reports as well as vehicle appraisals to determine the value of motor vehicles. At the time of our engagement, the company operated two locations, and further growth was to be achieved through franchising.

Within a very short period of time, we fully prepared the company for franchising and jointly implemented all relevant aspects – from process optimization and the creation of manuals and franchise agreements to the successful sale of licenses.

From 2022 to mid-2024, 13 new franchise partners were acquired. By the end of 2026, a further 10 new franchise partners are planned.
