Behind me time mind soulutions® stands Dr. Maren Grütters, a neurobiologist with a doctorate. Her approach combines hypnosis and coaching with a scientific foundation and the conviction that change is allowed to feel easy. When the company approached us in March 2024, the work was running from a single location in Heikendorf near Kiel. The concept was convincing and the demand was there – but growth depended on one single person. The task was clear: to turn a successful single business into a franchise system that can be replicated without losing its quality.

This is exactly where we come in. We translated me time into a reproducible system – from the processes and the contractual foundations through to everything new partners need in order to work independently and true to the brand from day one. A highly personal service thus became a model that Dr. Grütters can scale without having to be on site everywhere herself.

Within about a year and a half, the single location has grown into a network of twelve locations – eleven of them run by committed franchise partners who carry the concept into their own regions. Growth that impressively confirms how viable the system is.
