In 2023, we supported the company Räderlogistik on its journey to becoming a franchisor. Räderlogistik is a wheel and tire logistics provider for the automotive industry, specializing in the storage of wheels and tires with a service concept comparable to that of a hotel. At the time of our engagement, the company operated two locations, and further growth was to be achieved through franchising.

Within a very short period of time, we fully prepared the company for franchising and jointly implemented all relevant aspects – from process optimization and the creation of manuals and franchise agreements to the successful sale of licenses. Today, Räderlogistik operates six locations across Germany, with additional sites close to opening.

In less than six months, four new franchise partners were acquired and their locations successfully opened. For 2026, a further ten new franchise partners are planned.
