At the end of 2020, we were commissioned by the WECON Network to implement its franchising strategy. The WECON Network represents a high-quality business network and the next generation of networking. Its mission is to provide entrepreneurs in Germany and Spain with a business network where they feel valued and respected, connect with inspiring people, and enjoy exceptional experiences. At the time of our engagement, the network operated a single location, and further growth was to be achieved through franchising.

Within a very short period of time, we made the organization fully franchise-ready. We supported and advised the franchisor in all relevant matters, from process development to hands-on assistance with the sale of franchise licenses.

Following rapid and strong growth through franchising, an international franchise location was added in 2022 (Mallorca). Today the company reports operating 25 locations and plans to continue expanding nationally and internationally through franchising in 2026 and beyond.
